The image is from an estate sale. But there is actually some information on the back of the original photo.

The handwriting reads: “Jane, aged 1 years”. Then it continues with “At Mrs. Roger’s where we lived on Canal St.”

There is also a printers mark with the following information: “Nov. 15. 1925.”

Unfortunately, there are no last names or further location details. But she seems to be enjoying herself. There is a small toy car next to her.
